Amenities, staffing and privacy!
September 22, 2024 - Reseña de Apartments.comOur family of 5, sooner to be 6, are very comfortable in this private, yet, friendly community. We love frequenting the clubhouse for family game night and relaxation time and love the heated pool! The luxury grill set up is perfect for some burgers at the end of the night or a fancy steak dinner, with lots of seating inside and outdoors. The homes are high end, with upgraded fixtures and the maintained backyard is perfect for our 2 pups! The concierge trash is an added bonus to living on the ...property, making home maintenance and care practically obsolete. We've owned many free standing homes and condos, and can say that this property allows us an abundance of extra time to spend with our children, rather than performing upkeep and yard work. An added bonus is that the school system offers busing to the front of the property, and is nestled away in a quiet, farm community. The elementary school is newly built and the teacher to child ratio is far better than most schools in the area. Our kids have easily transitioned into the schools and the staff has been accommodating and friendly. If you're interested in a quiet, family oriented/ dog friendly community, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough for a Target or Starbucks trip, look no further. We've yet to meet an unfriendly neighbor and have quickly developed friendships amongst many, including the hard working staff, Angelis, Angelina and Arin! Stillwell is a 10/10! There's not enough hearts and words that can describe this beautiful place. It's peaceful, quiet, and respectful. Parking is not an issue. Maintenance is incredibly spectacular. I love the cozy clubhouse and all other amenities. I fell in love with this property the moment I toured. I moved in two months later on April 27th. I am in love and I would not change it for anything else. Thank you Stillwell ...Jerome for making this the most incredible and heartfelt experience in the world. June 20, 2024 - Reseña de Apartments.comMy husband and I moved here from out of state sight unseen. We went off the pictures on the website and we fell in love!! Angelina and Angelis provided us with tours via video chat and were SO patient with us walking us through the application process. The property is ridiculously beautiful and clean, and so are the units, which are more spacious than you would expect. Lots of pretty scenery if you like to walk. On top of that, you will have your own private fenced-in yard. It just feels ...like you are in a home rather than an apartment. All the appliances are new, and if you sense something is not working properly, just put in a work order, and maintenance is prompt to address the issue. It has been extremely hot here, and I felt the air was not working properly. The maintenance guy Arin came in and work diligently to make sure we were good to go and comfortable. I was so hot and cranky and mean and prematurely filled out a survey with a star rating that was not deserving and I want to apologize . I think I based it on other places I lived where the staff didn’t care. The AIR WAS fixed, and Arin was kind and professional. He gets FIVE STARS!! I want to make sure he and the property managers know this. The staff here is incredible. My husband , my dog, and I moved in on April 15th. We LOVE our apartment home. I can tell the team here places so much extra TLC into taking care of their residents & everything that they’ve done for us has been so intentional.
