Our family of 5, sooner to be 6, are very comfortable in this private, yet, friendly community. We love frequenting the clubhouse for family game night and relaxation time and love the heated pool! The luxury grill set up is perfect for some burgers at the end of the night or a fancy steak dinner, with lots of seating inside and outdoors. The homes are high end, with upgraded fixtures and the maintained backyard is perfect for our 2 pups!
The concierge trash is an added bonus to living on the
...property, making home maintenance and care practically obsolete. We've owned many free standing homes and condos, and can say that this property allows us an abundance of extra time to spend with our children, rather than performing upkeep and yard work.
An added bonus is that the school system offers busing to the front of the property, and is nestled away in a quiet, farm community. The elementary school is newly built and the teacher to child ratio is far better than most schools in the area. Our kids have easily transitioned into the schools and the staff has been accommodating and friendly.
If you're interested in a quiet, family oriented/ dog friendly community, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough for a Target or Starbucks trip, look no further. We've yet to meet an unfriendly neighbor and have quickly developed friendships amongst many, including the hard working staff, Angelis, Angelina and Arin!
