June 1, 2023The only thing that’s maintained here is the grass which is cut once a week, it’s still animal poop all over the place. It’s stray cats everywhere and the wasp are extremely bad here they will build nests right at your door. Your rent will never be the same each month it will always change. The manager and assistant manager always gives out incorrect information so make sure to email them because they never take accountability for anything and will keep switching you between the two of them until ...they come up with something , if you want to speak with corporate they will give out a disconnected number and the manager has said you have to be approved via an email she will send to speak with them (she never sends an email) The hundreds of wasp flying everywhere makes it impossible to enjoy the pool. It’s wasp nets in the mail room and in the laundry room. When you open the washers they stink extremely bad and some washing machines have mosquitoes living in them. Roaches run rampant and the walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything that goes on in other apartments.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com

Been here for 10 months now
November 7, 2022Good apartments and great staff, never had any issues with staff or residents. Maintenance works hard to keep the grounds clean and poop free. I recently had twins and if they had three bedrooms I’d renew in March!Property Manager Responded

Welcome to hell… I mean home.
October 13, 2022I honestly dont even know where to start. The office staff is great till they get that lease signed then they have no care of what happens to you after that. I have lived here for going on two months and it was by far the worst choice I have ever made. I pay for a reserved parking still got my car towed. I contacted the office not once but twice to get a new sticker and they never gave me one till my car got towed. The pest control is a joke. It’s so over run with roaches. Then the rift raft is ...the real issue. I have had my car broken into. I have had people try and break into my apartment, and people standing outside my windows watching me. It’s a super high crime area and their are shootings nearly everyday. I am literally scared to go home, and don’t even think about trying to move out early unless you want to pay 1800 dollars or break your lease.Property Manager Responded

One of the best places in Houston to live
May 31, 2022I moved in a month ago. The staff are so kind and friendly Veronica was fast and extra courteous with my paperwork and new keys. The residents are friendly and actually say hello. April 11, 2022I hate it here. My coworkers are happy when Friday comes but I'm crying because it have to go back to this place. I've been camping and slept in tents on the ground outside and seen less "activity" [infestation]. I will say that the property manager Blanca, has been very nice and tried to help me (as much as she could) to have a better experience. She came on her day off to let me in to my apartment (the groundskeeper wouldn't answer the phone... Not a good sign) and called after I got the keys ...to check on me because she could tell I was very upset. Unfortunately that involves spending hundreds of dollars to switch to another apartment and even more money per month to be locked into an even longer lease. I just cannot justify spending that kind of money to live...here.Property Manager Responded
