May 9, 2024I have lived here for 6 months now. Homeless people walking around the “gated commuity” everyday. When I moved in, we were told they were going to fix the gates (NEVER fixed) they were going to fix pool (NEVER FIXED). I have seen multiple break ins in the apartment next door to me, and when I report it to the leasing office they request we call the cops but management does NOTHING. Do not fall for the fake reviews posted on here.Property Manager Responded

September 29, 2022I have lived here since August 2015. Maintenance tries their best to keep the property clean, however they are hindered by the many tenants who refuse to clean up after their pets. I feel bad for the Maintenance staff who have to every day clean up after lazy, dirty tenants. I am grateful that they handled my service request so efficiently and quickly.Property Manager Responded
