October 8, 2025Love living here but they keep increasing my rent every year and it will become unaffordable. Love living here and this review is for the rental company FPI management. Great amenities, exceptional maintenance, lovely grounds but again they keep increasing my rent each year which will eventually make it unaffordable to stay. Hoping to find a place in the future where rent is not increased every year (it exists, I have plenty of people I know whose landlords don’t squeeze more and more money ...out of them) so I can have a place to call home rather than one I’ll be forced to leave. April 3, 2025This is been our home for 14 years and we love so many things about it we have an actual backyard which is hard to find for an apartment community. The new improvements are awesome our family loves the pool it's heated and the ladies in the office are really nice. This location is unbeatable.Property Manager Responded

February 26, 2025First of all Andy has been a huge help since the beginning of our residency. We enjoy walking through the community, around the pond, as well as across the street around the harbor. Pleasant living
February 25, 2025First of all Andy and Amy, the office management team is amazing along with maintenance which is super important when you're living in an apartment. The neighbors in the community are super friendly And I love the events the management has for us residence. They also participate with a lot of charities which I think is really cool. it's so nice coming home to a clean community with a really serene duckpond and they have a turtle they named Tim and a bunch of fish and a couple of ducks.Property Manager Responded
