Maintenance The whole maintenance team is outstanding! I didn't have the main issue but they asked me questions to help them figure out what was going on with the upstairs neighbor since her young son had no idea.

Love living here but they keep increasing my rent every year and it will become unaffordable. Love living here and this review is for the rental company FPI management. Great amenities, exceptional maintenance, lovely grounds but again they keep increasing my rent each year which will eventually make it unaffordable to stay. Hoping to find a place in the future where rent is not increased every year (it exists, I have plenty of people I know whose landlords don’t squeeze more and more money ...
out of them) so I can have a place to call home rather than one I’ll be forced to leave.

This is been our home for 14 years and we love so many things about it we have an actual backyard which is hard to find for an apartment community. The new improvements are awesome our family loves the pool it's heated and the ladies in the office are really nice. This location is unbeatable.

First of all Andy has been a huge help since the beginning of our residency. We enjoy walking through the community, around the pond, as well as across the street around the harbor. It's nice to have parking and laundry and unit. The location is very chill and close to the brach! Everyone is friendly and attentive to our requests.
