The apartments are SAFE, clean, staff is great, schools are amazing and the grounds and landscaping are well kept. We have a 3 bedroom loft which is a perfect fir for our family. Really nice place to live
March 26, 2022The property manager is warm, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. The units are clean, spacious, and up-to-date. The maintenance staff does a great job keeping up the appearance of the complex and responding quickly to any maintenance issues. The complex community is very quiet, and Trophy Club is a great community to live in. Close to Dallas and Ft Worth and DFW is just minutes away (the complex is not under any flight paths).Property Manager Responded

Great quiet place in Trophy Club, TX
February 28, 2020We love it here! Yes these townhomes and apartments were built a long time back, but they are well-built, quiet inside (no neighbor noise through walls either). The staff are great, with maintenance requests handled within 1 day 99% of the time. Many of townhome units are unique, and most or all of those have golf course views out the back!Property Manager Responded

Great!
February 26, 2020I am a current resident and have live here for almost 9 years. This property has gone through alot of changes since the previous management and Beth has been amazing to work with. Both Beth and Jeremy are very helpful and quick to resolve any issues. We recently had our windows replaced, a new alarm system installed and my water and electric bills have dropped significantly! RUN!!!
March 27, 2018Leasing from DJ was a nightmare, if something was broken we had to fix it ourselves and they will lie in order to keep your deposit. Unfortunately you will have no recourse, there is no one that will help a renter and your hands will be tied. It’s a HUGE mistake to get involved with these people.Reseña de Apartments.com

Customer Service
January 19, 2017I have never lived here, but I was interested in an apartment. I called in regards to the apartment and got Jordan at the Vineyards. She explained that the Qorum was closed and that I would have to call back the next day. Since they had limited hours, I had to call on my lunch break. Someone picked up the phone, and I explained that I was interested in the the one bedroom apartment that I had seen available online and that I had talked to Jordan the previous day. She said, "Okay, let me ...call Jordan." I tried to say, "Wait, Jordan said she couldn't help me yesterday and to call back." But I was already on hold. Then Jordan picked up and said she was the manager for both the Vineyards and the Quorum and that the one bedroom at the Quorum was not available, but I could apply at the vineyards. I'm not sure why she just didn't tell me when I called that they didn't have a one bedroom available instead of having me call the next day on my lunch break and spend time being put on hold only to be transferred back to her for her to tell me that. I think maybe it is a company policy issue instead of feedback on Jordan. Maybe she couldn't give me the answer because the Quorum was technically closed. But the company policy was not very respectful of my time. And I missed lunch because by the time I got done with all of that, the lunch line was too long for me to get food and get back to my desk.
