I have never lived here, but I was interested in an apartment. I called in regards to the apartment and got Jordan at the Vineyards. She explained that the Qorum was closed and that I would have to call back the next day. Since they had limited hours, I had to call on my lunch break. Someone picked up the phone, and I explained that I was interested in the the one bedroom apartment that I had seen available online and that I had talked to Jordan the previous day. She said, "Okay, let me
...call Jordan." I tried to say, "Wait, Jordan said she couldn't help me yesterday and to call back." But I was already on hold. Then Jordan picked up and said she was the manager for both the Vineyards and the Quorum and that the one bedroom at the Quorum was not available, but I could apply at the vineyards.
I'm not sure why she just didn't tell me when I called that they didn't have a one bedroom available instead of having me call the next day on my lunch break and spend time being put on hold only to be transferred back to her for her to tell me that. I think maybe it is a company policy issue instead of feedback on Jordan. Maybe she couldn't give me the answer because the Quorum was technically closed. But the company policy was not very respectful of my time. And I missed lunch because by the time I got done with all of that, the lunch line was too long for me to get food and get back to my desk. NOT happy with them.
