August 22, 2022Been here 5 months going on 6 months I have killed 4 rats and still find more they don’t do anything about it and it invested with roaches they wont even answer the phone and turn the light off with out notice when it all bills payed im ready for my lease to be up to be able to get out of hereReview from Apartments.com

August 11, 2021I am a current resident here and I can’t wait until my lease is up. Fist of all there’s so many roaches it’s unbelievable. Second they don’t care about you or your apartment. My dishwasher hasn’t worked for 10 months and this morning they finally came and the guy was here for 1 minute and fixed it, kinda like they only care cause I’m about to move out. Parking is laughable and so is “management”. Hands down worst place I’ve ever lived. 10/10 would not recommend.Property Manager Responded

Huge Improvements!
August 5, 2020I have lived here in Garden Park for 8 years and never have I seen such good management at this property. My issues are always attended too, they are always looking for proactive solutions rather than procrastinating and are always wearing a smile while they are at it. They have new facilities for residents being opened - like a pool, a new park for the kids, and a new laundromat. I really like the new improvements.Property Manager Responded

HORRIBLE!!!!!!
April 26, 2020When i moved in the management team was really good. But the one thing i can’t shake is the roaches. They are everywhere. I couldn’t even cook in my kitchen it was so bad. And i’m a relatively clean person. Once my lease is up i’m out of here. I absolutely hate bugs! I can’t stand it. Another thing, my neighbors are so annoying. They have kids and the kids would just be screaming at like 9- 10 pm. Parking is ridiculous! I feel like if you live/ rent here you should get assigned a parking spots. Worst apartments ever!
March 8, 2018The lady in the office is so rude maintenance never fix anything my mom has killed like 15 rats in 2 months! She even have roaches. In summer the apartment gets really hot and they don't fix the ac because its "working good its just really hot" ... Like i said DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME LOOKING AT THIS APTS! Worst Apartments Ever
August 13, 2015This is by far the worst Apartments I have ever moved in. They have rats. It takes weeks to get stuff fixed. During the day the apartment gets hot, with the air on. I would not recommend anyone to move here and on top of the bad living conditions the managers and staff have very bad attitudes.Review from Apartments.com
