    Maintenance could use a lot of work as far as quality of work and communication with a resident. As far as rules and regulations of the complex, we have had difficulty with parking even though we pay for a pass and finding non-residence parking in permitted parking spaces. There have been residence parking in visitor parking so that they do not have to pay for parking and security and our management does not Take that as a priority as it is unfair to those who actually pay their permitted parking ...

    Great service! I really liked the duo team service because they worked quickly and efficiently in less than 15 mins. They repaired four plumbing items easily without having to do everything by himself. I was very happy the maintenance service was completed in excellent manner and they left in fifteen minutes.     I put in a request for maintenance for the toilet noise and seat at night. The next day, they came and replaced the toilet seat, kept the area clean in doing so, and fixed the issue with the noise from the toilet. I gave permission to enter when I was not home, and they came and completed the request. They also left a nice note explaining what was done.
