September 30, 2025Maintenance could use a lot of work as far as quality of work and communication with a resident. As far as rules and regulations of the complex, we have had difficulty with parking even though we pay for a pass and finding non-residence parking in permitted parking spaces. There have been residence parking in visitor parking so that they do not have to pay for parking and security and our management does not Take that as a priority as it is unfair to those who actually pay their permitted parking ...pass.Property Manager Responded

April 29, 2024I put in a request for maintenance for the toilet noise and seat at night. The next day, they came and replaced the toilet seat, kept the area clean in doing so, and fixed the issue with the noise from the toilet. I gave permission to enter when I was not home, and they came and completed the request. They also left a nice note explaining what was done. Nick and Fernando are professional, hard working and helpful! I have had great experiences with any kind of maintenance issue here.
