Village Oaks is a very affordable place to live in for school, but it comes with a a lot of cons. Since the buildings are so old, there tends to be issues with our water pipes. Occasionally my water has been shut off and sometimes without notice. Another issue is when I bring up things to management, it could take a very long time to hear back from them or to get things settled. I often have to call village oaks and ask them to look at my emails. Some pros I’d like to add is that many of the ...
workers here are very kind. I’ve never really had a negative experience when I go to the office/club house. I also appreciate that there’s cameras around the area, making it feel more safe. These apartments are old but if you meet the right people you can have great memories here. Also maintenance here is very quick, friendly and reliable, it’s super easy to put in a request to get things fixed or if you need to schedule for pest control services.
