June 12, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comDecent living. The apartments have a lot of problems. Management is pretty good. You have to be careful of your neighbors. Mold and bugs are easy to enter the apartments.

The community is very peaceful, quiet, and welcoming, which makes it a great place to come home to after a long day. One thing that really stands out is how quickly maintenance responds whenever there is an issue. Any problems that come up are handled in a fast and professional manner, and it is clear that the staff genuinely care about keeping the property in good condition for residents. The office staff are also amazing to work with. They are ...friendly, respectful, and always willing to answer questions or help when needed. It is hard to find an apartment community where both the management and maintenance teams are this reliable and helpful. Overall, Village Oaks is a comfortable and well-managed place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and friendly apartment community.Read More
