Village Oaks is a very affordable place to live in for school, but it comes with a a lot of cons. Since the buildings are so old, there tends to be issues with our water pipes. Occasionally my water has been shut off and sometimes without notice. Another issue is when I bring up things to management, it could take a very long time to hear back from them or to get things settled. I often have to call village oaks and ask them to look at my emails. Some pros I’d like to add is that many of the ...

workers here are very kind. I’ve never really had a negative experience when I go to the office/club house. I also appreciate that there’s cameras around the area, making it feel more safe. These apartments are old but if you meet the right people you can have great memories here. Also maintenance here is very quick, friendly and reliable, it’s super easy to put in a request to get things fixed or if you need to schedule for pest control services.

Decent living. The apartments have a lot of problems. Management is pretty good. You have to be careful of your neighbors. Mold and bugs are easy to enter the apartments.

Sometimes there’s a loud noise at night and some areas smell like weed but that’s no different from my neighborhood so it’s pretty nice here

I have really enjoyed living at Village Oaks. The community is very peaceful, quiet, and welcoming, which makes it a great place to come home to after a long day. One thing that really stands out is how quickly maintenance responds whenever there is an issue. Any problems that come up are handled in a fast and professional manner, and it is clear that the staff genuinely care about keeping the property in good condition for residents. friendly, respectful, and always willing to answer questions or help when needed. It is hard to find an apartment community where both the management and maintenance teams are this reliable and helpful. Not everyone is bad and or annoying but the ones that are ruin it for everyone. There’s always someone blasting their subs. But other than that they offer a lot of opportunities to go out and meet people and get some food.

Decent prices only complaints are poor water and air conditioning systems. When you send in a work order they respond to it decently fast which is nice.

Would be decent if the didn’t have the water shut off every other day. When it’s this consistent you gotta start wondering why you’re paying so much.

Most of the staff are helpful and nice, but there are frequent water shut-offs and people who blast their stereos at night. Besides that, everything is pretty good.

It is a very clean area for it being a trade school campus. Although there are some issues with the water at times, it usually gets fixed within the day. There are very nice staff as well!
