March 26, 2026It is a very clean area for it being a trade school campus. Although there are some issues with the water at times, it usually gets fixed within the day. There are very nice staff as well!Review from Apartments.com

January 7, 2026My resident experience has been positive, supportive, and well-organized. From the beginning, I felt welcomed into a community that values respect, communication, and accountability. Living here has allowed me to build strong relationships with neighbors and staff, creating an environment where concerns are addressed promptly and everyone feels heard.
