Overall a good place to stay while attending TSTC. In my opinion I thinks it’s better then there other places provided. Far as cleanness and more or less not to hard or very restricted. Easy going with the staff.

I’ve only been living here for about a month, but so far my experience has been pretty good. The move-in process was smooth, and the office staff were helpful and professional throughout. The property feels safe and well-maintained, and I like how quiet it stays during the evenings. Neighbors seem friendly and respectful, which makes a big difference when settling into a new place. Maintenance hasn’t been needed yet, but based on how responsive management has been, I’m confident they’ll handle ...
things quickly if something comes up. Parking has been fine most of the time, though it does fill up later in the evening. The location is really convenient — close to stores, restaurants, and main roads — which makes daily errands easy. Overall, my first month here has been a positive experience, and I’m looking forward to seeing how things go long-term. So far, I’d definitely recommend these apartments to others.

I would give this place 5 stars because there is a lot of events that go on in the main office and there is plenty of parking so it’s never an issue. Also the apartments are very spacious

I have had a great experience. The people have all been nice and super helpful. The Maintenance staff have been awesome we had our ac go out and had it fixed in a few hours.

Everyone here is very nice and welcoming. They take care of the apartments very well and are willing to fix something right away. The events that are hosted give a lot of opportunity to people who are looking for meeting new people.

I’ve enjoyed living at this apartment overall. The property is well-maintained, and the community offers a comfortable and pleasant environment. The management has been professional and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or concerns. While it can be a bit noisy at times, especially during certain hours, it hasn’t significantly impacted my overall experience. Overall, it’s a nice place to live and I would recommend it to others.

Neighbors are nice and friendly. Roommates are fun and outgoing. Nice to have an exterminator come in and do routine maintenance for pest. I like having the laundry right across from my building.
