Life at Village Oaks has its perks. The apartments are cozy and well-maintained, making them feel like home. It's a diverse community, with a mix of people that keeps things interesting. Apartment is in great condition. Community is great alot of nice people and fun activities parking infront of my apartment is always full but that is not a problem to me. overall, I am enjoying my stay here

My roommates are awesome and I enjoy how walkable the community is. There are sidewalks so I don't have to drive everywhere, and I really appreciate that.

Move in was very simple and very easy. Our neighbors are very friendly and fun to sit on the balcony and chat with. I’ve met more people in the first 4 weeks than I can remember. Lots of very nice friendly people to talk and hang out with.

It has been very pleasant ever since quiet hours were set. I enjoy the kindness of the staff and the events that the office hosts. I was thrilled at how clean the apartment was during moving. The laundry house is spacious, however the battery to one of the doors was out and that was a little concerning.

Living at Village Oaks in Waco has been a great experience so far. The location is one of the best things about it—being so close to TSTC makes it super convenient for getting to class or connecting with campus life. I also appreciate the sense of community here; it feels like a place where people are supportive and respectful, and that makes day-to-day life more enjoyable. The apartments themselves are comfortable and provide everything I need to feel at home. Having easy access to nearby stores ...
and restaurants is another big plus since it saves time and makes life easier. Overall, Village Oaks combines convenience, comfort, and a welcoming environment. I’m excited to continue my experience here and look forward to making even more connections while enjoying everything the community and Waco have to offer.

My resident experience has been amazing so far the staff and TSTC community is extremely welcoming. My neighbors are extremely nice and fun to hang out with my only complaint would be the occasional rat and poor lighting in the kitchen, but overall, I truly love living at the village oaks apartments.

Overall, the clubhouse is decent and the staff and workers are always helpful and friendly, which I really appreciate. However, some of the residents don’t seem to follow the rules, which can make the space feel a bit chaotic at times. Maintenance could also be more consistent, it’s not terrible, just a bit lacking here and there.
