The neighbor's are also very friendly and fun to talk to. So look no further, as this is the place you need to consider!!!

May 11, 2019 - Reseña de Apartments.comAt this time I’m going to give this complex a one star rating. My son and daughter-in-law saw the pictures on line and fell in love with the apartments. Well, the pictures on line are not a true reflection of the apartment that we walked into yesterday. It was terrible! What repairs had been done to the walls and trim/baseboards were some of the worst I’ve ever seen. Not really repaired but attempts to hide by a coat of paint. It wasn’t cleaned well prior to move in at all! Drops of old ...urine were on the rim of the toilet, disgusting! Dust everywhere. The entryway and the patio had not been swept or cleaned in who knows how long. The screen door actually fell off when we opened it. While that bathroom looks like it had somewhat recently been remodeled it was the worst grout job in the bathroom that I had ever seen! Worst of all is that the entire apartment has the WORST musty smell that I have ever experienced! I will be talking with the management on Monday! May 13, 2019I am so sorry you feel this way. Your daughter-in-law and I walked the unit when she took possession on Friday. Her only concern at that time was that it was smaller than she remembered when she was here before visiting. We will address these issues with the our new tenants and make their experience here a pleasant and happy place to call home.

July 20, 2018 - Reseña de Apartments.comIf I can give this place zero stars I will. This place is known for renting units to sex offenders. Not safe for people with kids. It is very sad that an apartment complex that is close to daycares and elementary schools will allow this. Please think twice before moving here and if you choose to, keep a close eye on your children. The sex offender just might be the man next door. Do your research search the sex offender registry list, click geographical search type in the apartment complex ...address and the list will pop up for you. Some guy in a tracksuit wouldn't let me through the door until I answered some questions (he claimed to work there). He asked how much money I had with me and when I told him that was none of his business, he pushed me out onto the deck and started yelling at me! Very bizarre experience!Property Manager Responded

Can't call to get anything fixed because you're too worried about who they will have inside your place. The lady in the office is less than professional. You can never get into the office because they are never there. The owner of the complex has a lovely background of scamming people and places and changes his name every 6 months. July 21, 2017 - Reseña de Apartments.comThey told me I would be renting a newly remodeled apt on 1 visit but she couldn't find the key to show it. Said come back Mon & I would be able to see one. Mon, I got there & was told no again because its not ready, come back Fri. So by Wed I decided if it's totally remodeled and it's size it would be acceptable. I called and told them this and they assured me it was all good to come on in So when I got there not only did she leave me sitting and waiting 30-45 min but no I couldn't rent a ...remodeled apt because they are for investors. (Who ever heard of that?) She sent me to look at the most trashed out, nastiest apt I've ever set foot in. And they have the nerve to charge $800 a mth!!! NOT ME!!!!!! I'M NOT STUPID!!!!! I'LL BET THERE IS NO REMODELED APT TO RENT AT ALL AND NEVER WILL BE!!!?Leer MásProperty Manager Responded
