At this time I’m going to give this complex a one star rating. My son and daughter-in-law saw the pictures on line and fell in love with the apartments. Well, the pictures on line are not a true reflection of the apartment that we walked into yesterday. It was terrible! What repairs had been done to the walls and trim/baseboards were some of the worst I’ve ever seen. Not really repaired but attempts to hide by a coat of paint. It wasn’t cleaned well prior to move in at all! Drops of old ...
urine were on the rim of the toilet, disgusting! Dust everywhere. The entryway and the patio had not been swept or cleaned in who knows how long. The screen door actually fell off when we opened it. While that bathroom looks like it had somewhat recently been remodeled it was the worst grout job in the bathroom that I had ever seen! Worst of all is that the entire apartment has the WORST musty smell that I have ever experienced! I will be talking with the management on Monday! The worst false advertising I’ve ever seen!!!

If I can give this place zero stars I will. This place is known for renting units to sex offenders. Not safe for people with kids. It is very sad that an apartment complex that is close to daycares and elementary schools will allow this. Please think twice before moving here and if you choose to, keep a close eye on your children. The sex offender just might be the man next door. Several weeks ago, I stopped by the office to see about renting an apartment. Some guy in a tracksuit wouldn't let me through the door until I answered some questions (he claimed to work there). He asked how much money I had with me and when I told him that was none of his business, he pushed me out onto the deck and started yelling at me! Very bizarre experience!

Lived here for over a year and this place just keeps getting worse. Maintenance they hair is a bunch of meth heads. Can't call to get anything fixed because you're too worried about who they will have inside your place. The lady in the office is less than professional. You can never get into the office because they are never there. The owner of the complex has a lovely background of scamming people and places and changes his name every 6 months. Stay as far away from this place as possible.

Mon, I got there & was told no again because its not ready, come back Fri. So by Wed I decided if it's totally remodeled and it's size it would be acceptable. I called and told them this and they assured me it was all good to come on in

Since moving from Ohio, we have moved into our gorgeous apartment here at Torries Chase Apartment in Olathe, KS Everyone has been so great at making sure that everything exceeded our expectations and are even doing major renovations to the property as well. Which had been done to our apartment before we move in. We love the view out over the grassy treed area behind our building. Very quiet and calm.
