    As someone who recently moved to the area, I was on the hunt for the perfect place to call home. I hit the jackpot with this apartment complex. From the moment I stepped onto the immaculately maintained grounds, I knew I was in for a treat. The landscaping is absolutely stunning - I feel like I'm walking through a botanical garden every time I come home. But the real showstopper here is the pool. It's always sparkling clean and the perfect temperature for a refreshing dip on a hot day. I've also ...
    been blown away by the location - I'm just a stone's throw away from all the best restaurants and shops in town. And let's talk about the units themselves. They're clean well-appointed, and have everything I need to live comfortably. I honestly couldn't ask for more. Not only do they offer short term rental options, my experience with Nakeisha Burel was exceptional from the start and continues....She is extremely personable and helpful, very responsive and accommodating. The application process was painless, and everything was carefully explained. The apartment was clean and in good condition on move in, ...

    The staff has been amazing from our first day and tour of the property. Bre and the rest of the staff have been extremely helpful locating great food choices and activities for me and my family. When moving cities, it usually takes some time to get used to the area but here at Villas of Spring Creek it felt like Home shortly after moving in and I look forward to staying for awhile.

    I have been living in this apartment for around 2 years now. This is a great apartment to live in as it passes through the blue bonnet trail which is good for jogging and walking. It has great interiors with granite countertops. It has amenities like swimming pool, sand volleyball court. The staff is really good, supportive and friendly. They are very quick and responsive in assisting on what you need through email or phone and any maintenance requests you raise are quickly addressed. It’s ...

  • Amazing place to live!!!

    This is my favorite apartment complex I've ever lived in! The whole staff is so amazing and helpful. They are very quick to respond and help with anything I have needed. Every time someone visits my apartment they are so impressed with how nice and spacious it is, they say it feels like a house! The 2 pools and hot tub are very well-kept and my favorite part of the apartment. It really feels like a community living here, I couldn't ask for a better place to live.

    We have loved our short time at the Villas of Spring Creek. It's location grants access within walking distance to the Preston Meadow, Bluebonnet, and (a bit further) Chisholm bike trails.
