Bad Management
September 25, 2023Our experience with the apartment complex management has been extremely disappointing.The front office consistently fails to send maintenance personnel to address issues in our apartment. Yesterday, our air conditioning system malfunctioned and went down, and with the temperature soaring to 92 degrees, it has become unbearable. Whenever I contacted the front desk, their response was consistently unhelpful, claiming there's nothing they can do except put us on a list. Moreover, when we report ...other maintenance problems, they promise we will send someone, but I have to request the same issue 100 times. If I want to see the manager of Front Disk, she acts like the President of the United States. During this year, I was not able to see her.In general, their behavior is very misbehaviorous. When I requested maintenance online, by walk-and-call, they responded with a quick response within 1-2 hours, but in reality, it takes them weeks to take any action. Their attitude comes across as uncooperative and domineering, leaving us feeling powerless and frustrated."Anyway, I'll find another place to live.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com

February 24, 2023The ladies at the office are very friendly and attentive, maintenance working hard to fix all the issues. And we have pest control every Thursday. Hot water, Pests, Neighbors, no response from front desk
August 2, 2022Have lived here for 6 years and I cannot bear this any more. I have 2 year old who gets sick often and most days there is no hot water, pest control is non existent though we pay for it every month. May 30, 2022I have lived here since January 2021 and as time has progressed its gotten worse. The water situation is so bad. This month alone I think I have had my water shut off almost every other day and half the time the hot water doesn't work either. They send an email saying they'll turn it on by the end of that day or the following day, but it's never true. I have had three weekends in a row where I can't even shower after getting home from a long day sweating at work because there's no water. This ...complex used to be called villas del cabo, but they changed the name because the situation is that bad. I put in a pest control request and nothing has been done. I put in a request since January for a hole in my ceiling that leaks water on me in the kitchen and nothing has been done about it. This place is a nightmare and I feel like pulling my hair out with the stress living here gives me. Doing this to your tenants shouldn't be legal. Not worth it
January 28, 2022From day one I've had problems. the process was easy but that was it. the management doesn't care for the property. There's new management and they don't care either because there are no changes in the property. The roaches are horrible. There is garbage everywhere. The dumpsters are always full. This is not a good property to live.
November 13, 2021This property recently changed owners.When it was the last owner it was alright.Now that there is a new owner they keep shutting off the water.They shut off the water last week and they left it off the whole night.Usually when a property shuts off the water they turn it back on no later than the 8 p.m. hour.This is the first time I know of a property to do that. If that wasn't bad enough they did that again last night.You don't get to brush your teeth,use the bathroom,wash dishes,wash your ...hands,no bath.When they did this the last time I reported in the morning and the leasing agent told me they did not know the water was off and that SAWS must have turned it off.I called to tell SAWS about this last night they said they did not shut it off last night or even last week,so that means they did know the water was off.I know my teeth started to hurt because I did not get to brush them and this morning when I went to a church to brush my teeth there was blood,this is the staff of the property's fault.I would like to have brushed my teeth but I could not so it is the staff of the property's fault my teeth were hurt last night and that there was blood when I brushed my teeth this morning at the church I went to to brush my teeth.I took my toothbrush and toothpaste with me so that I could brush my teeth at the store,I decided to brush my teeth at this one church instead.I think they might turn on the water once it is 10 a.m. this morning because that is when the office supposed to open because I am sure the one that is going to work today is going to need to use water,last I know the water is still not working I hope they turn it on soon.I feel this is not a good property to live at now.To break the lease would cause a credit problem though.I would move from the property if I could.It might be better to move though.I do not think is a good property to live at.I thought this needed to be known about the property.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Not a place to live
August 15, 2020I was very disappointed since the day we moved in to this place. There is a roach infestation that cannot be terminated with anything. We tried a lot of different things and they never went away. Even though I tried to be very clean, I couldn’t even leave a plate on the sink by mistake because they were going to be there in seconds. Not to mention that I had to have my plates, skillets, utensils, etc inside boxes because if I got to leave them outside, there were going be a lot of roaches poop ...on top of them. It is disgusting and frustrating to live like that. That’s why we just lived there for a year. I don’t understand how people get used to that. But please go and try to look for a newer place. September 19, 2015I have been living there for 3 years now. Management has changed only twice in those three years. Management is very good. I love the maintenance and staff they all take time to learn everyone's name. You also feel safe there because they have security guards there. I love it there. I've been reading other comments that say that management and staff is horrible. I am a manager myself and have had to deal with rude people. Most customers complain once they do not get their way.
