August 5, 2015Great building in the heart of White Plains. All apartments feature hardwood floors, crown molding and working fireplaces! There is outdoor parking for an additional fee. Walk to ALL! Train, shops, restaurants, nightlife and entertainment. 33 minute express train to Grand Central Station.Review from Apartments.com
