Awesome Remodeled Apartment
April 9, 2020I rented a renovated 2 bedroom unit in 2019 and have been so happy with this place!! Location can't be beat, and the management staff is really responsive. The laundry room had become really dated but management listened to resident concerns and just installed brand new modern machines in each building!Property Manager Responded

Great Location and Newly Renovated
February 18, 2020I’ve been living here for close to a year and love how conveniently located it is to Northeastern Univeristy and the green line (It’s super close to Wentworth and other colleges, too!). Best location
February 5, 2020This apartment has the best location. I can walk to the grocery store and Walgreens. There are also lots of restaurants and fun bars close by. I walk to Northeastern but can also take the T when the weather is bad. The apartment is very nice too. Everything is new and very clean. The bedrooms have big closets and all the appliances are new. The management company is easy to work with. Overall I really like this apartment.Property Manager Responded

Great apartment, great location
February 4, 2020I have been living at 1 Darling Apartments for over a year now, and I love it. My apartment was fully renovated including the kitchen and bathroom. There is a good sized balcony and central air conditioning. Each building has its own laundry room which is nice. The location is amazing - I can walk to Stop & Shop and to classes. There is also parking out back that you can rent but it is so close to the T that you don't even need a car. Maintenance takes care of any issues quickly and efficiently. ...Definitely a great place to live!Property Manager Responded

5 Darling Street
August 27, 2015This apartment has a large living room right when you walk in. To the right is a small deck (which is very unusual for Mission Hill). The kitchen is larger than most I have seen on the hill but the only down side is that there are no windows in the kitchen. So, in the summer time when you use the oven it gets very hot. Other than that the appliances are mostly up to date. After walking through the living room you get to the bathroom. It is small but it has everything that you need. The shower is ...a shower/tub combo so that is nice if you want to soak in the tub. Then there are the two bedrooms on either side of the bathroom. Both bedrooms are large for an apartment on the hill. They both have large closets and windows. This apartment is all carpet (except the kitchen and bathroom). There is no central AC but there is a central forced air heater that works nicely in the winter months. The property owners keep the place very nice and I feel very secure here. The maintenance workers will respond to a maintenance request very quickly and if the request is urgent they will come on off hours. Also, there is a parking lot at the back of the building. Although you do need to pay extra on top of rent to get a monthly parking pass. Over all its very comfortable and affordable for this part of Boston. I would give it a 4 out of 5!Property Manager Responded

Central AC was added to all the apartments and a SMART mobile app to control the thermostat. ZIpCar is now available onsite. We appreciate your feedback about our staff, it's very important to us.
