ITS CHEAP 4 A REASON!

The Owner never does anything with the property, no cleaning just mows.For my whole time there, no washer and dryer. No courtyard due to a sewage leak. Just one staircase. The owner will tell you one thing then later deny everything. No parking spot. He talkes negatively about everyone and everything. Just be careful and get everything he says on recording or in writing. The place was fine but the owner was there all the time. He made me feel uncomfortable. I would look elsewhere
