August 10, 2025Great location and apartments. My girlfriend and I have lived here for 2 years and absolutely love the amenities and area. It is secluded, however not too far away from downtown Hoboken and Jersey city. I would recommend this apartment for any young couple within the area.Property Manager Responded

The apartment is great, but the management is abhorrent..
June 20, 2025We've lived here for many years and have only started having issues over the past year due to changes in management. I think it has to do with the people way up top, because the best property managers we have had left fairly quickly into their positions. The people in charge now seem to forget that yes, this is their job, but this is also our home. I know we have a choice in where we live, but the cost of living to move is so high, that we don't exactly have the financial choice to pick up and ...move elsewhere. They visibly don't treat other staff well, they have poor communication with residents and place blame where it isn't deserved, and hearing experiences from other residents, this isn't just a "me" problem.Property Manager Responded

October 28, 2024We love our apartment & all the fixtures. We have a large island that you wouldn't be able to find in most buildings which is a plus for us. The high ceilings make the space look much bigger & so welcoming. We for sure love our apartment!Property Manager Responded
