October 1, 2025Very good I have been living in this apartment community for over a year, and overall my experience has been positive with a few areas for improvement. The first thing that stood out to me was the quality of the amenities. The fitness center, lounge areas, and package locker system make day-to-day life more convenient, and the common spaces are generally well maintained. I also appreciate the building’s location—close to public transit, grocery stores, and several restaurants—making it easy to ...get around without always needing a car. Another strong point is the responsiveness of the leasing and maintenance teams. Whenever I’ve submitted a work order, most issues have been addressed within 24–48 hours. The staff are friendly, professional, and seem genuinely interested in creating a welcoming atmosphere. The front desk/security personnel also provide an added sense of safety, especially during late-night hours.Property Manager Responded

August 6, 2025We were among the first residents to move into 1000M in May 2024, and our experience has been great. The view is incredible, with the city, Grant Park, and the lake all in sight. The location is just as convenient. Grant Park is right outside, and it’s a 10-minute walk to the lake and the Loop. Trader Joe’s and Jewel Osco are a 3–5 minute walk, and Hmart or Costco are 10 minutes by car. The South Loop has been a great place to live. The gym is one of the best I’ve seen in any apartment. There ...are tons of places to hang out, work, or relax, and the amenities are top-notch. The concierge and mailroom staff are always friendly and make the building feel like home. The one downside is that some residents leave trash in common areas, but that happens in most buildings. July 3, 2025My Move in day was July 1. I have not been able to move because I have no electricity service. There is no meter set and the energy company can not start my service. I have sent several emails to the Residents Service team since Tuesday and also send messages in the property portal - so far I have not received any answer from anyoneReview from Apartments.com
