We first rented at 1005 Grove Ave as a lease takeover from a graduating senior as it was the only way to get into the building in Jan 2018. Having a one bedroom one bath in a secure building on the VCU campus is a real find! Nothing like rolling out of bed and walking to class in less than 5 minutes! Last year the building was updated with all new windows which for the Fan area is a big upgrade! This year we are moving into a corner unit which is slightly bigger with a great view. Landmark ...
