Worst Landlord & Apt Ever
June 6, 2022Beware of the landlord that resides over this building. After living more than a year and a half here, I moved out without a properly working dishwasher. The pipes are corroded with black sludge and the place is falling apart. The back entrance fire exit stairwell is a death trap. The upkeep is awful and Helen will do anything to save a dollar. Most tenants move out within a year unless they have been here under a great price. It is such an ideal location, but this building is falling apart and ...will hinder your mental stability. Fleas and rats live here
February 9, 2020This is the worst building with the worst landlord !!! It’s infested with fleas and rodents. Everyone on the 4th floor is bitten with fleas. We all have doctors notes That confirms it. Helen the owner is denial and is doing NOTHING about it. Most of the tenants moved out. Don’t make the mistake of moving in! Unless you like to sleep with fleas.Review from Apartments.com
