Good apartment TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT
February 19, 2024Previous experience with this building and it was HORRIBLE FROM THE START!! Management was non existent, barely replied to any messages or emails. Sold and bought the building 5 different times which made it hard to keep up with who to keep in contact to. I paid my rent the entire year living there but yet they are on my credit because due to all the buying and selling of the building all my payments were being made to the old management, we got NO NOTICE of switching payment websites or ...anything!!!! My child and I had to go in and out of a window for MONTHS because I lost my key and there was NO MANAGEMENT for MONTHSSSSSS!!! April 6, 2019pros: nice neighborhood decentralized AC & Heating reasonable price cons: parking - pay extra for "private parking", which would be fine, but there are always other people/visitors who park in your spot. laundry - total 4 small washing machines / 4 dryers for entire building, and operate with quarters! definitely not enough to accommodate all the tenants in the building. the dryers are not only small, rates $1.50 for 45min. Beautiful, modern, feature filled, and sloppily constructed
July 27, 20151040 Delaware is home to a number of beautiful 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. My apartment came with stainless steel appliances, a 42 in tv, on site laundry, on site gym, and cable/internet were included in my rent. It really is a great apartment but Greenleaf Management definitely cut some corners when constructing this building. Some aspects of the apartment are on the cheap side.Review from Apartments.com
