July 16, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comDirty and filthy, no grounds maintenance for the last 2 years this site has gone down in cleanliness. Front of property, and trash around trash bin ,vermin, rats and possums have been seen around in side property. Hoodlum looking people smoking and drinking in front of building tenants? Windows have been broken, party goers at late hours of night. What happens to the couple that used to keep up the property nice and tidy. Word of mouth management provides poor disrespectful SERVICE.
