November 2, 2017You do not want to rent here. Owners are slumlords, and constantly raise the rents. They never fix things, and there cockroaches, and extreme termite problems, as well as, structural damage. There are a bunch of loud alcoholics living here, and no management. Price is great, but trust me, you will regret it.Review from Apartments.com
You Get What you Pay For
October 31, 2017Cheapest rent in the area, and they allow cats. Those are the only positives. Outdated and bad plumbing...noise from pipes, water comes out looking like milk. On many occasions we couldn't shower due to no hot water. High noise level. Lots of illegal dumping going on...people leave their discarded furniture and junk in the back alley. On site manager is argumentive and difficult to deal with. People steal your parking spot. No parking for guests whatsoever. No privacy, everyone can see ...into your window, and you theirs. August 8, 2017Truth be told! Renters BEWARE!! Alcoholics residing here. Tenant with too many children residing here, over the limit (In violation). Disrespect, Inconsideration, excessive loud music, pounding bass continuously coming from tenants units. Violations of rules and regulations is out of control here. Apartment manager is non responsive to violations. Police department intervenes often. The owner of this complex is ineffective in correcting the issues here, after several requests. Parking is a ...nightmare on the street. Garbage containers overloaded with trash. Discards such as bed mattresses, furniture and misc. large objects, can be seen surrounding garbage containers.
