Im grateful for the property staff
October 26, 2025i recently moved here from out of state and the property staff made my transition easier. So thank you for that but we pay way too much to live here to have a pool thats icy cold even when its super sunny out. We should have a heated pool because we are paying to use it and cant. Pool chairs and cushions are very dirty and our gym can definitely use some equipment. The pond area that i have to see from my back deck could use some love as well. amenities has went down
April 10, 2025Started off as a clean wheel kept area, but as management changed so did property. Pests were not controlled ,maintenance were understaffed so did not respond to issues much, and animal droppings were everywhere. The new management was very nice, but I had to leave before a real change was seen.Property Manager Responded

Amenities aren’t worth it.
October 20, 2022The pests are insane, but you pay for pest control and no one controls them. You pay for garbage every month but the dispenser never works. Some electric appliances may work. Nice building but with what you pay there are many issuesReview from Apartments.com
New move in
April 10, 2022I moved here a little over 30 days ago. As soon as arrived the team where waiting for me and wanted to make sure I was taken care of immediately. Great staff, love the Starbucks system, the pool is so nice. My dog has always been an apartment dog with a patio/balcony but my new unit has a fenced in back yard which is amazing and hehe loves it! Apartment is very nice and roomy! So far, loving the place. Perfect location!Review from Apartments.com
Mold, no repairs, unsafe
February 5, 2022I lived for three years too long. Moved in right when they opened in 2018 and the unit already had damage. Water damage after Hurricane Michael and they just painted over it. Had mold all over the baseboards in my apartment and maintence said it was because they didn't set up the AC drainage right, but weren't going to fix it, just more paint. Would take months and constant contact with the office to get even minor repairs fixed. Gates never worked. Trash is everywhere. The only compactor on ...property breaks at least once a week. One building caught fire months ago an it's still not repaired. Only reason I stayed as long as I did was that rentals were destroyed in the hurricane and hard to come by. Stay away. Horrible staff
November 1, 2020VERY sarcastic staff in the office. If there's ever a problem they say the rules apply to you but not others. It's sad b'cus the property is somewhat nice but the staff, one particular girl whose name I didn't get, was VERY RUDE.Property Manager Responded

I wouldnt even give them 1 star
October 25, 2018Well let me start off first by saying we live in Panama City Florida and as you may know there was a hurricane hurricane Michael well this is how much Vantage Apartments cares about their tenants the hurricane hits for us the ones that didn't evacuate or have a place to go we stayed in the apartment so we were days without water or power I know that's not their fault but they didn't even have the courtesy to let us use the pool to rinse off or get a little bit clean I mean it's Florida we don't ...have no power no AC it's hot as can be and they lock the gates to the pool that's just the first part second part is now it's been two weeks since the storm and Vantage Apartments hasn't made one effort to clean up anything on their property but yet are quick to leave notices about rent checks and all kind of other things if I could say anything I would say definitely do not attempt to rent one of these places from these people that do not care about their tenants at all and I could go on for hours but if that right there doesn't tell you how this place is then maybe you should try it out for yourself oh yeah and by the way thanks Vantage ApartmentsProperty Manager Responded

Poor workmanship
August 20, 2018well first of all they're very highly overpriced the workmanship inside is at the least shoddy the pool only stays open till 8 which is ridiculous cheaply built not worth the moneyProperty Manager Responded
