Spacious, renovated, but noisy, no common area
July 30, 2015The eight apartments in this building were renovated within the last few years. The building is owned by a company that is very hands-on and personal. The location is ideal - freeway close, within walking distance of great bars, restaurants and shopping. Pros: All feature granite kitchen counters and stainless steel appliances, wood kitchen and bathroom cabinets, marble baths, and good-sized rooms with new or refinished wood floors. Cons: Laundry room is outside the building; there's no common ...area; the Barrington Ave location is noisy.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
