Honestly, this place seems like a solid deal, especially now. The biggest upside is that the apartments are freshly renovated, we're talking brand new, condo-style finishes. (your own in-suite laundry, which is a huge convenience you don't always get in older buildings)!!!. Plus, it's nice that heat and water are included in the rent.

I’ve been here about a month, and the move-in was surprisingly easy. I haven’t had great experiences in the past, so I can honestly say this one was a piece of cake from start to finish. The management team has been really helpful, and everything about the apartment has been great so far.
