Pros: - center of noho arts dist - walking distance to bars, restaurants, and shops - "laundry facility" - parking CONS: - center of noho, so parking is terrible! - constant construction everywhere - homeless people ( that will come into the property ) - front and back gates are broken a lot - multiple cars have been broken into in the parking lot - ROACHES - Rats have been seen in the courtyard - lots of smokers - some careless dog owners dont pick up after their dogs - the building is never ...

clean - Smells like trash and dog poop - landlord is non existent - takes multiple calls and texts to get things fixed and fumigated - the building is on an alley, a very LOUD alley - garbage trucks are RIGHT outside your window EVERY morning - Neighbors are loud and leave trash in the complex, and in front of the building - Random leaks in the building on a weekly basis OVERPRICED for NO amenities.

I was just searching the property I live in and came by this so I thought I'd leave a review. I just moved into a 1bed/1bath here a few months ago. Considering the size and the fact that my apartment is beautifully renovated, it is kind of funny how reasonable my rent is here. When I moved in, there were a couple of minor issues that I mentioned to the management. They immediately jumped on it and took care of my issues within a day. Not a safe place

We went to go see a 1 bed, 1 bath here about a month or so ago. Seriously there was trash in the hallway, dog feces in the hallway, half the lights were out and the 'laundry facility' is in the back alley, not gated in. No real security at ALL. I watched as a vagrant walked into the building, through it then left via the back gate. The building itself is run down and old, although the new paint made the 1 bedroom look nice. So glad we didn't move there. Talked to a friend of mine who did move ...

there. They told me that nothing ever gets picked up/fixed/updated by the building manager who is MIA 100% of the time. Advice: Spend the ridiculous rent money elsewhere!!!
