Remember those hot LA days when you are coming back home only to wait for your apartment to get cool, or it being hotter inside your apartment than outside. The Nest wifi thermostat built into the apartment which connects to my phone solves this issue. I can turn it on when I’m on my way back or turn it off if I’ve forgotten to after I’ve left. I don’t know how I was living before. Also saves a ton of money on electricity. Having the unit with vinyl windows also contributes well for insulation ...
and noise. I’m also able to have my packages delivered to the manager or have him place them in my unit if I’m not home, another added benefit along with being in a great location. It's only permit street parking however I've never had an issue finding parking.

I lived here without a car, so I never needed to worry about that cost. You can walk to all the markets and basically everything you need. Plus, if you need to Uber/Lyft around it will cost you around $5 since it’s central to everywhere a definite benefit to living here. Since the units have been completely renovated you save money because of all the energy efficient appliances/lights etc…
I never received a rental increase (which was totally awesome) but I’ve heard they hardly do that anyways ...
just to keep good tenants around.

100% completely recommend this place to anyone. The staff are wonderful dynamic team of people who are dedicated to assisting you and finding solutions in a quick and timely manner. All my maintenance needs were handled if not the same day but within 24 hours no matter how small, a big thank you! It was nice to be able to walk to target and trader joe's.
