Garage parking is available with the unit. Street parking is available with City Parking Permit Management. The unit should be kept clean without damage, normal wear and tear is acceptable. Any damage beyond wear and tear will result in deductions from your security deposit. We are a non smoking building. The City of Santa Monica prohibits smoking within 20 feet of any building. Pet deposit is $500. Credit score of 650 is preferred, but negotiable. Tenant pays for gas and electricity.
