Thin floors and walls so you hear EVERYTHING

The biggest con is how thin the floors are so you hear every step, TV, shower, dish wash that happens if you have an apartment above you. Especially walking around, you hear the creaking upstairs. If you have a tolerance for noise, then the complex is ideal based on the neighborhood. This is definitely something that should be taken into consideration. There is always some construction happening right outside so the mornings can get loud sometimes. Pros are that the complex is clean, nice ...

floors, walking distance from bars and nightlife, the NoHo park. It’s definitely a young vibe, you hear a lot of celebration during Super Bowl, everyone is pretty nice, there are some cute dogs in the building. Side note: Parking garage is underground and the ceiling pipes are low. If you have a SUV with a trunk door that opens upward, you will definitely hit the pipes and cause some scratches on your paint. Most tenants have sedans.
