    The landlords are efficient and very kind. They keep their distance, but are easily accessible if you need them! The area is the biggest problem. Surrounded by party houses and across the street from a busy job site, the block can get very loud. If you are a party person then this might appeal to you, but if you work early mornings this might be a deterrent.
