If you're looking for apartments to rent, make sure you take your time. I chose this place because I was in a hurry and needed a place to live as soon as possible; and what a mistake that was. Although rent is cheap, the building is extremely old and the maintenance is not great. I have put in multiple requests for maintenance and when the repair person came, he made up excuses as to why changes couldn't be made. If you choose whites for example, the machine will start, you will walk away and come back 40 minutes later to see that the machine has stopped at 31 minutes remaining, and the machine will continue to do this. There is no way to get your money back. The parking situation is also bad, the Parking lot is very small and you can only get a permit for one space. Management will not cooperate when I try to get a package delivered, and when I asked about the buzzer on the front door, all they said was, "it's broken" with no plan to fix it. The smoke alarm always beeps in the hallway, and the place always seems a little dirty, leading me to believe that the there is nobody that comes to check on the property often. Finally, taking a shower is miserable. The water alternates between boiling lava hot and ice cold without you even touching the handle. All in all, I'm excited to move when my lease is up.
