But he was insisting on cash and would not commit to a date to sign the paperwork. It became him just screaming at me and not even letting me speak at all, he even hung up on me while screaming and then wouldn’t answer my or my roommates calls. I highly suspect this is a scam or an extremely unstable individual. I’ve never been spoken to like he spoke to me in my life, it was so bad I was literally shaking and couldn’t walk or speak to anyone for over an hour. I was so completely lost of words and confused on what transpired. Even if this isn’t a scam, this is who you’d be getting into business with. He’s not very forthcoming and even during the week he was “processing” our application he was non-communicative. I had to keep reaching out and he only answered calls or texts about 20% of the time.
