Management is horrendous and do NOT help you with anything especially with complaints. No place for anyone to live peacefully, especially when the hot water is always broken.

Everything here is cheap - drawers creak when opened, walls and ceilings are thin and you can hear almost everything in the adjacent units. It's not a good place to live if you want peace. Also, hot water always gets turned off for repair.

What did they make this place out of...tissue paper? How can you hear everything your neighbors do, it's insane! Plus, this building is full of young people who party and play music through 3am and management does nothing! Lastly, we always lose hot water! You can't live here in peace.

The hot water is either out or they are always trying to fix it. It's not fair to pay for expensive rent the you constantly don't have hot water. Also, I moved out in the summer of 2024 because we were living with our neighbors since the walls were too thin. Paper towels were a thicker structure than the walls and ceiling at this place. You can hear everything and no way you can enjoy living here. Do not move in and find another place.

This place is horrible, and please save yourself time and money. If you want to hear everything your neighbors do, including peeing, having conversations, opening drawers, and, most importantly, having intimate moments, please proceed. If you work from home, this will not work. Please do not get enticed by the cheap rent. It is cheap for a reason and they don't vet their tenants properly. What a headache!

Do not waste your hard-earned money on this dump! The walls are paper thin and you can hear a pin drop in the next unit. You can also hear the garage open and close as if it was next to you. There is a reason their turnover is so bad and people move out!
