    Do NOT live here. Move next door to SOMA Grand, where they have professional employees, cheaper parking, and maintain a much tighter ship. At 1190 Mission, the security staff is highly unprofessional. I am speaking of a woman scheduled in the day, specifically. She is always on her phone, talking loudly on it; she behaves rudely to guests, and when asked to do her job. The elevators are always dirty, as though from a college dorm. More than once per day, there is some type of spill, food, or ...
    gunk on the floor--that's if I'm lucky to use an elevator, as they are constantly needing repairs. Overall, I would say this building is poorly managed, and I find the rent unjustifiably and unreasonably high, given that none of the management or staff will inform you of these problems before you sign the lease, which you cannot negotiate, as it is determined by a faceless algorithm. This means that changing the day you move in by 24 hours could result in hundreds of dollars added to your rent.

    I love staying here very convenient for me and my kids to get around easy access to transportation and just close to my kids school I love it here.     1190 Trinity Center is in the heart of Mission Street and it’s a nice place to live in. I’ve no regrets residing here though the monthly rent is a bit high. This is what is prevalent throughout this area of the city.

    I have enjoyed my time living here at 1190 mission it’s had been a great experience with the staff, building management, maintenance and security guards. When there is an issue the maintenance is very to helpful and the residential team is open to feedback. I feel safe here. I love the fact the building has elevator and a top of the line gym the cardio machines even have fans and tv’s attacked to each individual treadmill, bike and other cardio equipment. I appreciate the cleanliness of the ...

    Love my actual apartment once I'm in it, but the building is very poorly maintained to the point that laundry, the elevators, and usually the front door, are in various states of disrepair. Close to nice restaurants and museums/art centers, but would not recommend. I've also run into homeless people in our elevators or halls at least three times, so I do not have a ton of confidence in our security.

    Things here are pretty good but not 100%. There`s always room for improvement no matter the level you`ve achieved so 1190 Mission is not an exception. In terms of commuting it is just opposite a Bus Stop so the proximity makes it easy.

  • Worst managed property I've lived at

    This place is beyond poorly managed. Theres at 1-2 elevators broken on a weekly....at times all 3 were. The laundry rooms are consistently dirty and washers smell like rubbing alcohol. The trash shoot room floor is literally covered in trash from people leaving it there. The building itself is in the worst part of SoMa as well....overall I'd just stay away from this place.
