September 8, 2015The overall building is nice and provides all of the necessary amenities for city living (tenant parking and common washer/dryer). Location is perfect and walkable to dining on San Vicente Blvd and Wilshire. The building is older, most likely built in the 60's 70's, but is similar to the surrounding apartment buildings. My one complaint is the building's management. The building's common areas are dirty/stained and management is very hard to get a hold of (deferred maintenance). I have ...filed a few requests that have not yet to be completed and I have lived in the unit for almost 10 months. All the residents I have met are very nice.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
