Great location, not so great managementt

In unit laundry, fantastic location on in the East Village, and fire escapes that open to the street as balconies are nice perks/amenities. However the building management is criminal. They take forever to respond to simple repair matters, etc., but the largest issue is their continuous harassment and in professionalism claiming we haven't paid our rent in full (even though our bank statements prove otherwise). And forget about getting your deposit back within a few months or even year.
