Too hot in the summer too cold in the winter
May 23, 2022Ever since this landlord took over in July of 2019 the only thing that's been accomplished as of May of 2022, is the fact that he ripped out the common area carpeting which probably been there for 30 years and put in vinyl flooring. There's no insulation to speak of so in the winter you are freezing and in the summer you're burning up. There's too much moisture in the bathroom the ceiling fan did nothing to remove the moisture but made so much noise you wanted to tear your hair out. If the ...landlord was forced to live here for just a few days he would understand what his tenants go through. But all he cares about is getting his rent, and believe me he's making a pretty penny. Do yourself a favor do not move here, because the noise of Marine View Drive will drive you batty as well.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
