Renters Reviews and Ratings
Decent living experience
July 16, 2023The location is great-it’s a 10-15 min walk from Lake Union Park or Kerry Park. QFC and Trader Joe’s are less than a mile away, bus stops on the corner nearby for easy access to downtown. It is a safe area-packages are safe for days on end if you’re out of town. Pros-quiet, safe, rent is cheap for the area, in unit wash, small apartment complex (9 total), street parking always available and not zoned. Cons-not a ton of natural light, weird washer/dryer combination unit that is loud and takes ...forever, management has changed since the landlord quit a few months ago, owner sometimes does temporary fixes that require him to come back multiple times, kind of small apartments, breaker trips often when doing laundry/anything else. Overall decent living experience, no major pros or cons.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
