August 27, 2015These townhome style apartments are a total of 5 all attached on the property. They are 2 story, 2 bedroom with 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, A/C, washer/dryer hook ups, parking on the side off the street, fenced front yard and a small fenced back yard. The entire apartment is tile flooring except for carpet on the stairs. All rooms are spacious in size. The rent is $700 a month. It is a quiet neighborhood. Location is close to Kern Medical Center Hospital, schools, and Vallarta or Foods Co grocery store. ...Very very close to bus stop if you need it. I haven't had any problems here and enjoy living here. Owner is nice and very flexible and understanding as long as you are up front, honest and communicate with him.
