The apartment at 133 Kearny is great. Moving in was seamless. The hallways are clean and the building is pretty quiet. Both the management and the super, Rafiq, have been great. His communication is top notch. And he's very kind. The response time from everyone is the fastest I've ever experienced while renting. The location is great. So close to anything you need, supermarket, transportation, late night pizza.

I have been living at 125 Kearny Ave for almost 2 years and my wife and I love it. Its a good size apartment for the rent in the area. Ht and Ht. Water inclusion is the great asset for winter. James, the super is really helpful and gets anything that needs to be fixed the same day or the very next day. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone moving to this area.

Floors were uneven hallways were dirty the one bedroom was more of a studio and the 2 bedroom is more of a 1 bedroom. The person who showed us the units walked around barefooted which is really not professional.
