Beach Apartment

This is the perfect building if you want a quick walk to the beach and quaint, international restaurants with outdoor space. Landscaping is well maintained. The handy man is friendly and helpful, however, kitchen has no modern day appliances, such as a garbage disposal. Carpeting is very old, which may be why pets are allowed. Some of the other residents are friendly!
