This building is poorly managed

The elevator NEVER works (I moved in in August 2020 and am moving out in Feb 2021 and the elevator has been down more than 1/2 the time I've lived here.). My furniture deliveries, and my moving boxes, all had to be carried in, and out, by hand. The common area carpets and stairwells are OLD and dirty. The laundry still uses coin-operated machines and there are only 2. The neighbors are lovely and it's nice to have keyless entry to the building, but the crime in the area is high and has gotten ...
worse since COVID. Another neighbor is moving out after his vehicle has been broken into 4 times and was finally stolen and found in a chop shop for parts. In the short time I've been in the building, the range hood in the kitchen fell out of the wall, the toilet leaked all over my bathroom floor, there was a mold issue in the shower stall that I couldn't remediate with regular cleaning (4 times a week with bleach and shower cleaner) and the cabinet doors in the kitch and bathrooms were reinstalled improperly after painting and never stay shut. For the money, you can do better.
