Wonderful area and landlord!

We've been living here for two years now and have had nothing but good experiences! The rent is really reasonably priced at $1,550/m for a three bed room aparment on the second floor. The utilities we pay are gas, electric, and Internet- water, sewage, and trash are paid for by the landlord. They also have a fantastic maintenance man on staff 24/7. location is fantastic, with tons of activities downtown from concerts, to movies in the park, to farmers markets! It's a great area for young people, very close to RVCC and a ton of public transportation. The CAT bus and NJ Transit busses are very close by as well as the Somerville train station! The apartment itself is old, but in great condition considering the awesome maintenance and we've been really lucky to be here! Overall, I'd highly recommend leasing a place in any of the buildings opened by Deutsch Property Management, as they've been fantastic landlords and have always exceeded our expectations and been understanding and positive!
