I live in an old townhouse that is falling apart. The newer units are renovated. No air conditioning in my unit but is allowed, now. The rent is only $660 per month which is a great price for the size. The storage unit in back had a water leak and should be fixed someday. Good apartment for the price. Next to Eugene bike path.
