August 29, 2015I live in an old townhouse that is falling apart. The newer units are renovated. No air conditioning in my unit but is allowed, now. The rent is only $660 per month which is a great price for the size. The storage unit in back had a water leak and should be fixed someday. Good apartment for the price. Next to Eugene bike path.Review from Apartments.com
