Callous owner and clogged plumbing

Owner takes too long to answer. Bath and kitchen sink clogs too often. Owner yells/threatened us to look for another place to rent when we asked how we would take a bath or clean our dirty utensils and plates. Doesn't offer a solution - instead telling us "you know how much it costs me to call the plumbe?", Doesn't inform us when the plumber would arrive until we called. The owner even hung up on us when asked for solutions.
Low price but the maintenance and owner are subpar.
